一到考試季,同學們就經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)考前焦慮等。這都是很正常的,解決的關鍵在于合理的調節(jié)自己的時間。記住,這個時候不要去再學習新的知識,而是去溫習你學過的。
這里有一些有針對性的管理考試焦慮的建議,特別是對我們的ACCA學生:
考前一天
Craft a sustainable revision schedule.
Whip your mind into shape!Be disciplined and stick to your revision plan.
Make concise notes on small placards for easy reference.This also helps to organise your thoughts.
Get some quality sleep.
Take proper breaks in between revisions-go for a walk,watch a comedy,play Pokemon Go……
Find out where your exam centre is and plot your commute,taking into consideration possible traffic snags.
Arm yourself with stationery that work,and don’t forget that spare calculator and exam docket.
考試的那一天
Eat a light meal before heading to the exam hall.Fruit and vegetables can help to reduce stress;high-sugar and fast or processed food may do the opposite,while fatty foods can bring on sluggishness.
Arrive at the exam centre earlier rather than later.
Don’t congregate with other students who tend to speculate what’s going to be asked in the exam.Walk away to a quiet corner and review your placards.
Breathe deeper-this tends to relax the body and mind
Read the questions and outline your answer before writing it down
Move on to another question if you are stuck.

考試結束的日子
Avoid the post-mortem chatters if this makes you queasy.Go through your placards if you need to verify what you’ve written.
Go to the ACCA Learning Community to convene with fellow students to discuss your experience.
Catch up on some much needed sleep.
Mark the exam results release date in your calendar……and then forget about the exam.Plod on and live life to the fullest!
